. How do I choose the correct size for my kids?

We recommend referring to our Size Guide, which is designed to make choosing your size simple. If you are hesitating between 2 sizes, we advice you to pick the larger one.

. What if I made a mistake with my order?

. Can I pre-order an item?

You can pre-order an item before it arrives on the site. Pre-ordering ensures early access to new stocks of our sustainable swimwear, which are often very limited. With the perfect item and size secured, you are sure not to miss out. Please contact us by email at info.athingforme@gmail.com for pre-orders.

Delivery

. What are the delivery fees?

The standard delivery is free for every order shipped to France.

For the rest of Europe, every standard delivery is free over 130 euros. Please note that additional taxes may apply due to the customs services, these charges are payable by the customer.

. What is the delivery time during covid-19 crisis?

Under the current circumstances, it is possible that the preparation and delivery of our orders may be delayed by several days. To ensure the safety of our delivery providers, the orders will be prepared and shipped once a week. Please know that we are doing our best to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We thank you for your understanding and for your patience.

. Can you ship orders internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world. For more information about deliveries, please refer to our page, Shipping & Returns.

. How is my order packed?

Your order is packed in a biodegradable or recycled packaging and sent in a secure opaque envelope. Wrapping is kept as light as possible in order to reduce shipping costs and our environmental impact. Parcels are also made anonymous in order to avoid potential theft.

Return

. How can I return an item?

First, please send us a message at info.athingforme@gmail.com to let us know about your decision, by including the invoice number, description of the products you wish to return and the reason for this return. Once we validate the return, you need to send the item(s) packed in their original packaging with the label attached to the address provided. Please bear in mind that returning costs are at your charge.

. What articles can be returned?

Only new, unworn, unwashed items will be refunded. They must be intact and in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of damage or incompletion will not be refunded nor exchanged. We are unfortunately not able to exchange items for logistical reasons, if you made a mistake or need another item, please return your item and place a new order.

Please note that risks and returns charges are the buyer's responsibility.

. How much time do I have to return an item?

You have fourteen (14) days upon reception to change your mind on a purchased item and to ask for a refund.

After you have informed us and your request has been validated, you then have seven (7) days to return it.

Please follow the process listed in the question above by sending us a return request. After that delay, you may not be reimbursed.

. What happens once I have returned an item?

Once we have received the item and confirmed its return, you will receive a notification email. We will then reimburse you within fourteen (14) days. If you wish to purchase an item in a different size, design or color, please place another order on the website.

We accept online payment by bank card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
