These general conditions govern the relationship between the customer and L'IDEAL Pte Ltd for the purchase of a thing for me products (the “products”) on the site www.athingforme.com (the "general conditions"). In this sense, the customer is deemed to accept them without reservation. The site www.athingforme.com (hereinafter the “site”) belongs to L'IDEAL Pte Ltd, with a share capital of 15,000 Singapore dollars and registered in Singapore under the number 201820009G.

For the purposes of the general conditions, the client designates only the consumer, or a natural person who acquires a product outside of any professional activity.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and the client agree that the general conditions exclusively govern their relationship. These general conditions are accessible at any time on this website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd is proof of all transactions.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify the general conditions from time to time. The modifications of these general conditions are opposable to the users of the site as from their setting on line and cannot apply to the transactions concluded previously. The validation of the order by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of the general conditions.

The language made available for the conclusion of the sales contract is English.

The customer is required to carefully read these general conditions which have been made available on the site, so that he can memorize them. Upon request, L'IDEAL Pte Ltd will send the customer a copy of the general conditions by email.

Indivisibility

These general conditions and the data protection policy form an indivisible whole and the customer, by placing an order with L'IDEAL Pte Ltd, is deemed to fully accept all of these documents.

Stocks available

Product offers are within the limits of available stocks. The indications on the availability of the kids swimwear are provided at the time of placing the order.

Contact a thing for me customer service ( info.athingforme@gmail.com ) for any question relating to a product or its availability. The availability status of a product may be wrong. If a product is unavailable, L'IDEAL Pte Ltd informs the customer and cancels the order.

-Sales agreement-

It is up to the customer beforehand to select on the site the products he wishes to order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as the conditions linked to the transport services. All orders placed online are subject to acceptance by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd customer service.

The customer automatically receives an email when the order has been placed in order to check the details of the order present in the confirmation email and to contact L'IDEAL Pte Ltd customer service ( www.athingforme.com ) in the event of an error later three (3) days after the date of the order.

For the order to be validated by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd, the customer must accept, by clicking where indicated, the general conditions, the personal data protection policy and the general conditions of use of the site.

The sale will be considered final only after the sending by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd to the customer of the confirmation of the acceptance of the order.

In the event that L'IDEAL Pte Ltd is unable to deliver the goods ordered due to the sudden unavailability, even temporary, of the products, it will inform the customer thereof within 20 (twenty) days at the latest by email. If the customer wishes to cancel his order, L'IDEAL Pte Ltd will reimburse him the sums already paid as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of confirming the order.

-Payments-

The price of the order is payable in full and in a single payment made at the time of placing the order.

The online supply of the bank card number and the final validation of the order will be worth proof of the customer's agreement in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be worth:

eligibility of the sums due under the purchase order,
signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.

For all orders placed online on www.athingforme.com , only the following payment cards are accepted:

Payments by check or cash are not accepted.

The amount of the transaction is only debited from the selected credit card after verification of the card data, receipt of the debit authorization from the credit card company, and confirmation of availability of the product by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd.

The bank account is debited once the order is ready to be shipped.

For security reasons, the name and billing address indicated must be identical to the information relating to the payment card used. Customer service reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

For returns, refunds are made according to the same payment terms provided for the purchase.

-Price-

The price of the products is expressed on the site in euros. Delivery costs and additional taxes are not included in the price and are invoiced in addition. Please note that outside Singapore and France, additional taxes may be applied by the customs services. These charges are payable by the customer.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd constantly checks the accuracy of the prices indicated, without however being able to guarantee the absolute absence of errors. If an error in the price of an item appears, L'IDEAL Pte Ltd gives the customer the possibility of reconfirming the purchase of the product at the correct price or of canceling the order. If L'IDEAL Pte Ltd fails to contact the customer, the order will be considered canceled. L'IDEAL Pte Ltd is not obliged to sell a product at an incorrect price, even if the summary of the order has already been sent to the customer.

An invoice is established by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and sent by email to the customer, after confirmation of the order.

-Product delivery-

Delivery methods and prices

The products are delivered all over the world, only to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order on the site. Orders which must be delivered to a post office box are not processed. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order. The customer must check the exhaustiveness and the conformity of the information which he provides to L'IDEAL Pte Ltd. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible errors of data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all expenses engaged for the reforwarding of an order will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and appear distinctly before placing the order and then on the order form. They may vary according to the shipping methods chosen, the amount of the order and the place of destination of the products: in the event of a specific request from the customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd, the related costs will be subject to additional specific invoicing, on a quote previously accepted in writing by the customer.

Please note that outside Singapore and France, additional taxes may be applied by the customs services. These charges are payable by the customer. Please note that we cannot be responsible for these charges nor delays caused by customs.

Regular rates:

Singapore and France - Free standard delivery for every order
Rest of the world from 5 to10 euros - Free standard delivery for orders over 130 euros

The delivery of the goods must be made in the presence of the customer or a person designated by him to the recipient's address indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is responsible for checking that:

The number of packages delivered corresponds to the information in the transport document
The packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered, including the materials used to close the package.

The customer must immediately note the possible damage suffered by the packaging and / or the products or an error relating to the number of packages delivered or the non-conformity of the indications, by affixing a reserve of written control on the proof of delivery of the mail. After signing the delivery document, the customer cannot object to the external appearance of the delivery.

After this deadline and failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defect and no claim may be validly accepted by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd. L'IDEAL Pte Ltd will replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the products delivered whose apparent defects or lack of conformity have been duly proven by the customer.

Delivery time

Products are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of confirmation of availability and order pick-up. Delivery is made within 2 to 5 working days in Singapore or France and 3 to 15 working days in the rest of the world. Kindly note that the above information are estimates only. It may delay subject to custom process.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and French national holidays L'IDEAL Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable delays in delivery. Except in cases of force majeure, the products are delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the transmission of the order by the customer.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions due to transporters (including in particular in the event of a partial or all-out strike in particular of the mail services, transport and communications).

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the customer within the above-specified deadlines. However, these deadlines are given for information only and any possible overrun cannot give rise to any damages, withholding of the order by the customer. However, beyond this 30-day period, the customer is entitled to cancel the order. The sums paid by the customer will then be returned to him without delay, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.

Status of your order

Upon delivery of the package, the customer will receive a confirmation email. For security reasons, L'IDEAL Pte Ltd does not provide the shipping number to the customer, but keeps this shipping number for each delivery made. Transfer of ownership and risks

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the order.

Right to retract

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to communicate to us (at the following address: info.athingforme@gmail.com) your decision to terminate this contract by means of an explicit declaration. You can use the standard termination form in the appendix for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

In order to comply with the termination period, you only need to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of termination before the end of the termination period.

Termination effect

If you terminate this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs related to the possible selection of a delivery type worth more than standard delivery than we propose), without undue delay and in any event, without exceeding the days from the day on which we have been informed of your decision to terminate this contract (in accordance with the conditions of article L 121-20 of the code consumption).

These refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package and through the same method of payment used during the initial transaction; in addition, unless you cancel the entire Multiple Order.

The return of products must be accompanied by a return slip which will be sent to you upon receipt of your declaration, under the conditions provided for in the "returns" article of the general conditions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items are not accepted.

Risks and returns charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you return your full order, we will refund the full amount of the order, shipping costs included (except taxes and customs fees paid by the customer upon delivery). You are requested to return the goods via the courier of your choice to the address given by the customer service.

Change or cancellation

For any modification or cancellation of an order, please contact L'IDEAL Pte Ltd customer service ( info.athingforme@gmail.com ) within seven (7) days of ordering.

We do our best to satisfy your request. However, once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified as long as the goods dispatched have not been returned to L'IDEAL Pte Ltd.

Returns

Returns on any order placed on a thing for me e-commerce site ( www.athingforme.com ) are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that they are accompanied by the original invoice. Returned products are fully refunded and according to the same terms provided for the purchase.

In order to exercise your right of exchange or return of goods, you are required to communicate to us (at the following address: info.athingforme@gmail.com ) your decision to exchange or return one or more product (s) by means of an explicit declaration.

The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, not subject to washing and in their shipping packaging. All labels on the product upon delivery must be intact and attached to the product in their original position.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return of products which do not comply with the conditions mentioned in these general conditions. In this case, the goods are returned to the customer.

If an order consists of several products, the return of one or more product (s) must be made in a single shipment.

Please note that the information below is only applicable to purchases made on a thing for me e-commerce site ( www.athingforme.com ).

We do not exchange any product if it is compliant and not flawed.

To proceed with a return, please follow the procedure below:

Contact us via e-mail at info.athingforme@gmail.com to let us know of your decision, including the order number, description of the products you wishes to return and the reason for this return.
Once we confirmed the return, we will send you a return form, which you should print and include on the package.
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original conditions and close the merchandise to be returned without forgetting to include the return form
Send the package with the courier of your choice. You are done!

The bank account used for the original payment is credited within 2 to 3 weeks after the date of return shipment. A confirmation email is sent when the return is validated and processed.

Exchanges

We are unfortunately unable to make a simple exchange. If you wish an item in a different size, design or color, please make another order on the eshop.

-Liability - Warranty-

Responsibility of the seller

The products supplied by L'IDEAL Pte Ltd benefit, in accordance with legal provisions,

the legal guarantee of conformity,
the legal warranty against hidden defects arising from a defect in material, design or manufacturing affecting the products delivered and making them unfit for use,
of the manufacturer's warranty, depending on the products concerned.

Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer, such as in the event of normal wear and tear of the product, accident or force majeure. L'IDEAL Pte Ltd's warranty is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant or defective products.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd 's liability is limited to the amount of the customer's order.

In order to assert their rights, the customer must, on pain of forfeiture of any action relating thereto, inform L'IDEAL Pte Ltd in writing, of the existence of the defects within a maximum period of 7 days from their discovery.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd will replace or have repaired products or accessories under warranty deemed defective. The products sold on the site comply with the regulations in force in Singapore. The responsibility of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the customer to check.

The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on the site have no contractual value and therefore cannot engage the responsibility of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd.

The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation and their use.

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd will not be considered responsible or faulty for any delay or non-performance following the occurrence of a case of force majeure usually recognized by French case law.

Responsibility linked to the site

L'IDEAL Pte Ltd cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to the information available on the site, for damage resulting from a modification of the information appearing on the site caused by any fraudulent manipulation carried out by third parties and all damages, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, nature or consequences, caused by the access of anyone to the site or the impossibility of accessing it, as well as the use of the site and / or the credit granted to any information coming directly or indirectly from the latter.

-IT and freedom-

The personal data requested and collected via the site are subject to the personal data protection policy published on the site, the terms of which the client approved at the time of his order.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.

They are the exclusive property of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd. The customer who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link direct to the home page of the site, must obligatorily request the authorization of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd.

However, any hypertext link to the site and using the technique of framing or in line linking is strictly prohibited.

In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed at the request of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd.

Hypertext links can refer to other sites than the site L'IDEAL Pte Ltd disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the laws and regulations in force.

Force majeure

A. All circumstances beyond the control of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and the customer preventing the performance of their obligations under normal conditions are considered as grounds for exemption from the obligations of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and the customer and lead to their suspension.

B. The party concerned who invokes the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their disappearance.

C. Will be considered as force majeure all irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the parties, unpredictable, inevitable, beyond the control of L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and the client and which cannot be prevented by them, despite all efforts reasonably possible. Expressly, force majeure or fortuitous events are considered, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of Singaporean courts and tribunals: the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to customers.

D. L'IDEAL Pte Ltd and the client will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts more than three months, the general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.

Partial invalidation

If one or more stipulations of the general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.

No Waiver

The fact that one of the parties does not take advantage of a failure by the other party to any of the obligations referred to in the general conditions cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in cause.

Applicable law - competent jurisdiction

A. The general conditions are subject to the application of Singaporean law.

B. Any dispute, any difficulty of interpretation, application or dispute relating to the general conditions as well as any dispute relating to non-contractual obligations and their consequences will be under the jurisdiction of the competent Singaporean courts.

Pre-contractual information - customer acceptance

The customer acknowledges having had communication, prior to the conclusion of the sales contract, in a clear and understandable manner, the general conditions and all the information and in particular :

the main characteristics of the services offered, to the extent appropriate to the communication medium used and the services concerned;
the professional's identity (company name, geographic address of the establishment and telephone number);
the total price of the services including all taxes or, where the price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance due to the nature of the service, the method of calculating the price and, if applicable, any additional costs or , when these costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, a statement that these costs may be due;
where applicable, the terms of payment, execution, the date on which the provider undertakes to perform the service and the terms provided for the processing of complaints;
a reminder of the legal guarantee of conformity of services, the existence of an after-sales service and commercial guarantees, if any, as well as the conditions relating thereto;
the duration of the contract, if applicable, or, in the case of an open-ended or automatic renewal contract, the conditions for terminating the contract.

The fact for the customer to order on the site implies acceptance and full acceptance of the general conditions, which is expressly recognized by the customer, who waives, in particular, to avail himself of any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against L'IDEAL Pte Ltd .
