a thing for me is an environmentally friendly swimwear brand for kids from 2 to 9 years old.

The project of the brand started with the discovery of an innovative process to regenerate ocean waste.
Discarded fishing nets are pulled from the sea to create a brand new fabric, which is very soft, durable and resistant to chlorine, sun and sunscreen.
Each style is embellished with subtle details like organic cotton trims or delicate braids and each color is chosen for its authenticity.
The story
a thing for me brand was founded in 2020 by Morgane Maillet Chabaud.

Morgane grew up in France and specialized in Paris as a women's fashion designer working for French fashion houses.
​
She moved to Singapore in 2015, and following many trips across South East Asia that made her aware of heavy environmental issues and social limitation, she wanted to develop her own sustainable environmentally conscious project.
​
Morgane is now developing the brand form France and advising international brands.
